The ” Roadside Station Oomori Yanbaru Forest Visitor Center ” is located in the nature-rich Yanbaru region in northern Okinawa.
Newly opened in Ogimi Village in 2020.

About Roadside Station Ougami Yanbaru Forest Visitor Center
In 2020, the “Roadside Station Oyanbaru no Mori Visitor Center” opened in Ogimi Village, located in the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture’s main island, as a new base for tourism.
This facility conveys the rich nature of Yanbaru and the local culture, and provides a place for interaction with local people.
This facility, built on the site of the former Ogimi Junior High School, serves as the gateway to Yanbaru National Park, welcoming visitors from within and outside the prefecture.

- Access from Naha Bus Terminal: From Naha Bus Terminal, you can take the Okinawa Bus or Ryukyu Bus Transportation’s long distance buses to Ogimi Village. Specifically, take bus No. 100 (Nago West Line) and transfer at Nago Bus Terminal. From Nago, transfer to Bus No. 67 (Motobu Line) and get off within Ogimi Village. From the bus stop, it is a few minutes’ walk.
