How to get to Kouri Beach
There are two main ways to access the site, so choose the one that best suits your travel style.
Access by car
- Time required: approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes
- Route: Drive from Naha Airport to the Kouri Bridge. As soon as you cross the bridge, you will find Kouri Beach.
If you are driving, you can drive directly from Naha Airport to Kouri Beach, which takes about 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. Traffic jams may occur depending on the time of day.
The recommendation is to move in the morning.
A drive while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Okinawa will be a wonderful memory of your trip.
Access by bus
- Travel time: approx. 3 hours and 20 minutes
- Bus: Take the Yanbaru Express Bus “Airport Line” and “Shijima Line
- Details: Take the “Airport Line” from Naha Airport and change to the “Shishima Line” on the way to Kouri Beach.
If you take the bus, you will arrive at Kouri Beach after taking two Yanbaru Express buses. The entire trip will take about 3 hours and 20 minutes, but you will be able to relax and enjoy the Okinawan scenery from the window.
